Kinetik Records Shipping Policy

All orders placed in the Kinetik Records webshop will be processed & shipped out by Kinetik Records. All orders are shipped from Belgium.

Transport will be provided by BPOST including tracking info for each shipment. Make sure to check your email inbox for tracking details, if these don't appear to arrive make sure to check your Spam folder or contact us by mail: sales@bekinetik.com

Ordering in the Kinetik Records webshop will be treated as an acceptance for the above terms and conditions, please make sure to read them carefully. Finished orders are shipped weekly.
Return Policy
Kinetik Records Return Policy

Returns can be made within 10 days from delivery. Please note that return shipping costs have to be paid by yourself.

Returned shipments due to not picking up in time/undeliverable will be charged with return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the total refund or require an additional payment for re-shipping the package.

Returned products have to be in a brand new condition with their original packaging included in order to become exchanged or refunded. Washed products will not be accepted!

Purchased music (both physical and digital formats) is excluded for returns and can not be refunded.
